CXO Scenario Planner is an AI-powered strategic planning tool that simulates a C-suite debate around a scenario you provide. The Service uses large language models (via OpenAI's API) to generate perspectives from different executive roles. It is designed to support strategic thinking and discussion — not to replace professional judgement.

All content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and is probabilistic in nature. It may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. The outputs:

The Service, including its design, code, and underlying systems, is the property of the operator. You retain ownership of the scenario inputs you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or business opportunity — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Google (authentication) and OpenAI (AI processing). Your use of the Service is also subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
